Happy Valentine's day to me!!!!

I usually don't really care about Valentine's Day, but this year has to be the BEST Valentine's Day EVER. First, Daniel fixed me breakfast in bed. (Don't be jealous.) Second, and BEST part.... I am going back to see THE NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK. Daniel bought me floor seats in Nashville, TN on March 16th. I can not believe I am going back. I, by far, have the best husband in the world!!!!

3-2-1 Lemon Cookies

So for "Girls Night" the other night I made these delicious cookies. Although only like two people tried them, Jill said she wanted the recipe. So Jill this is for you.

3 eggs

2 18-1/4 oz. pkgs. lemon cake mix

8 oz. whipped topping

1 cup powdered sugar

In a large bowl, combine eggs, cake mixes, & whipped topping; mix well. Chill dough for at least one hour. Drop by tablespoonfuls into powdered sugar; coat thoroughly and roll into balls. Place balls on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 8 dozen. (Because this recipe makes sooooooo many, I usually cut it in half.)
